About the Fundamental KinetiCode@Pilates Certification

High qualified compressive teaching training course in 90 hours. It provides a balanced and complete blend of theory (biomechanics, anatomy, movement science), observation, and practical experience to help students to master the KinetiCode Pilates matwork repertoire from beginner to advance level.  

Training Content

› Functional Anatomy
› Intermediate Advanced KinetiCode®Pilates classes (1-1,5 hour of intense training for the participants each day)
› Fundamental KinetiCode®Pilates exercises study program
› All materials are in English

› Hours: Saturday 12pm - 6pm
& Sunday 1pm - 7pm
