Remote Engineer - Battery Energy Storage System - Woerden

Your duties include:

• Setting up and managing the European Service Desk
• Providing technical support to the installer/dealer
• Handling and resolving complex problems that arise after installations
• Identifying and solving potential equipment issues both on and off site by examining live and historical data to find faults
• Arranging on-site engineer(s) when necessary
• Collaborating with the UK teams to build and improve support documentation
• Providing specialised training on products, either online or in person, across Europe
• Working closely with the Customer Service team in the UK during sales process and after installation

Requirements:

Profile
We value the right attitude, self-learning, and field experience. A self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment is an ideal candidate.

• Strong electrical education background and experience
• English and Italian language are preferred
• Solar PV design and experience are a big bonus
• Outstanding interpersonal skills such communication, collaboration, and conflict management
• Great soft skills such as stress management, efficient planning and organisation, and problem-solving
