Warehouse Teamleader Airfreight

• You are responsible for the daily management of the physical handling of in, storage, out and/or transshipment activities;
• You supervise and co-execute the loading and unloading of trucks according to the supplied planning;
• Taking care of the internal information and document flow is also your responsibility;
• You make recommendations to management regarding working methods, tools and the layout of the warehouse;
• The group that guides, instructs, corrects and stimulates you consists of 10 to 20 employees per shift;
• You ensure compliance with the statutory occupational health and safety rules;
• You report to the Warehouse Manager, who also replaces you in his absence.

Requirements:

• Experience within the logistics field and a warehouse environment;
• Experience in building and coaching a team;
• Can control work-flows;
• Responsible;
• Organising and planning skills;
• Fluent in English and or Dutch;
• Open for day and evening shifts.
