  • Answer customer questions.
  • Investigate complaints and provide solutions or advice.
  • Process inquiries via different communication channels (email, chat, WhatsApp).
  • Register claims and follow-up.
  • Cooperate with Marketing for updated product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • You have obtained MBO/HBO level education (or equivalent).
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service position.
  • You are communicative, proactive and enjoy maintaining relationships with clients.
  • You have a good command of English in word and writing.
  • Fluency in Dutch, French, German or Spanish is a plus!

Rather than being on the phone all day, you take your time to investigate and solve client problems and provide specific advice via email, chat or WhatsApp. You are in daily contact with retailers, distributors and individual customers.
