- Follow up on clients that closed a contract with the Account Manager in a timely manner
- Draft the contract for the clients making sure all relevant information is accurate
- Keep in contact with your colleagues from the Logistics and Sales departments
- Build a relationship with existing clients, making sure that they are satisfied with the service and processes
- Answer questions from clients or prospects regarding processes, status or problems that may appear
- Report to your Team Lead about situations and statistics of the business
Requirements:
- MBO+ education
- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles
- Communicative, resilient and attention to detail are a must
- Open to work 32 - 40 hours
- Fluent Dutch and English language
Salary Benefits:
You will receive a contract via Page Personnel for aproximately 7 months, after which you will get a 12 months one directly from our client based on performance. The office is located very close to a metro station, so it has easy access and you can also park your car for free in a nearby garage.

Our client is an international company in the Retail industry. They sell a varied range of products such as homegoods, technology, furniture, entertainment, clothing and beauty products. The company has more than 100 stores in different countries, and is constantly innovating in the way they present their services, being the biggest part of the business through internet.
Their Customer Service department is divided in each line of products they offer, such as the ones mentioned above, so you will be in charge of a specific category of product, for different clients. The teams have aproximately 4 colleagues each, under Team Leads. This means that you will take care of a bast client portfolio.
