  • You are the first point of contact for all colleagues nationally and internationally
  • You help everyone with their questions and try to solve them, if it doesn't work, you switch to the 2nd & 3rd line
  • Installing and updating the hardware and software
  • Supervising the quality and lead time of handling tickets
  • Preparing the workplaces
  • Analyzing and improving current processes
  • Actively participate in various projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum completed MBO level 4 in IT or HBO
  • 1+ experience in a similar position
  • Experience with : ITIL foundation, Windows 10, Active Directory, Server & Desktop Management, MS Office, VMware, Citrix, SCCM, MS Exchange, User devices en Printers
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • You know how to prioritize and you are hands-on
  • You speak Dutch and English fluently
