- You are the first point of contact for all colleagues nationally and internationally
- You help everyone with their questions and try to solve them, if it doesn't work, you switch to the 2nd & 3rd line
- Installing and updating the hardware and software
- Supervising the quality and lead time of handling tickets
- Preparing the workplaces
- Analyzing and improving current processes
- Actively participate in various projects
Requirements:
- Minimum completed MBO level 4 in IT or HBO
- 1+ experience in a similar position
- Experience with : ITIL foundation, Windows 10, Active Directory, Server & Desktop Management, MS Office, VMware, Citrix, SCCM, MS Exchange, User devices en Printers
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- You know how to prioritize and you are hands-on
- You speak Dutch and English fluently
