Application Administrator

• Managing and supporting the applications by establishing policies and procedures.
• Handling user administration, system configuration, security, and performance tuning.
• Provide second-line support, analyzing and troubleshooting application issues and providing recommendations for resolution.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure that application changes are aligned with business objectives.
• Participating in application upgrades, patches, and migrations, including planning, testing, and deployment.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure that the applications are available and perform optimally.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the industry to ensure that the applications remain up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Obtained HBO education in the field of IT (Applications is a big plus)
• Knowledge of applications
• Affinity working with internal systems
• You are curious and enjoy figuring things out
• You are details-oriented
• Excellent command of English (Dutch is considered a big plus!)
