We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team and be responsible for coordinating the movement of products from our facility to our third-party logistics (3PL) provider. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all shipment advice to the 3PL is accurate and delivered on time. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all Certificates of Analysis (CoA) are available in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange shipment advice to our 3PL provider ensuring that all necessary information is communicated accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all Certificates of Analysis (CoA) are available in time and are accurate.
  • Create out-of-stock reports and attend OOS meetings to provide feedback and recommendations on how to mitigate stock shortages.
  • Chase the Hub for shipping information and provide updates to internal teams on the status of shipments.
  • Serve as backup for Material Master Data management.
  • Manage stock discrepancies and stock management activities, ensuring that all inventory is tracked accurately.
  • Manage the product list, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Handle EDI errors that occur during the shipping process, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Attend departmental meetings and provide updates on logistics

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain or related to the position;
  • Minimal 2-3 years of relevant experience;
  • Experience within healthcare industry is a plus, no must;
  • Fluent in English, Dutch would be a big plus;
