Junior Buyer

• Handle purchase orders, including tracking and managing deliveries
• Ensure accurate data management in Excel, including tracking orders, inventory, and pricing
• Manage supplier and lead times to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Potentially own the communication plan for procurement, including managing communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Assist with cost analysis and negotiation of supplier contracts
• Work closely with the procurement team to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
• Experience in Pharma is a big +
• 1-2 years of experience in procurement or related field preferred
• Knowledge of procurement processes and procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other procurement-related software
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
