Customer Service Representative - Dutch

- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with customers;
- Order processing
- Working with SAP
- Assist the sales team in the administrative handling of the sales process;
- Follow up on customers, providing after-sales support when needed;
- Providing customer service through webchat;
- Providing information regarding product returns to customers;
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Experience in customer service;
- Experience with SAP is an advantage;
- Team player;
- Good social skills;
