Customer Service Representative - Dutch

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with customers;
• Order processing
• Working with SAP
• Assist the sales team in the administrative handling of the sales process;
• Follow up on customers, providing after-sales support when needed;
• Providing customer service through webchat;
• Providing information regarding product returns to customers;

Requirements:

• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Experience in customer service;
• Experience with SAP is an advantage;
• Team player;
• Good social skills;
