As a Service Desk employee, you are the first point of contact for providing support to end users. Incoming questions and problems related to software, applications and hardware are handled by you and the ICT team. You can accurately register incoming calls in the relevant service management tool. In addition, you are ultimately responsible for the speed of solving the various issues. Furthermore, your tasks and responsibilities include:
· Accepting and registering questions about changes and incidents;
· As much as possible, immediately remedy the reported problems within the predetermined SLAs (service level agreements);
· Monitoring all outstanding incidents and taking care of communication about them;
· Transferring more complex issues to second- and/or third-line colleagues;
· Escalating incidents to third parties;
· Rolling out mobile devices;
· Werkplekbeheer;
· Writing user manuals;
· Manage CMDB.
Requirements:
· Has a completed MBO 4 (ICT) education;
· Has knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365;
· Has knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory;
· Has knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure;
· Has excellent communication skills and a practical mind;
· Is proactive and solution- and result-oriented;
· Is stress resistant, independent and structured;
· Can be used flexibly, whereby evenings and weekends can be part of the schedule.
