Client Services Associate (German and Dutch)

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify client needs and offer appropriate financial products and services.
  • Manage and resolve client complaints and concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Update client account information accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • You are fluent in German, Dutch and English languages;
  • You are energetic, organized, eager to learn and able to stay on top of several tasks at the same time;
  • You have a curious and problem solving nature.
  • Some work experience with a high volume in customer interactions is desired, but not mandatory;
  • At least completed MBO education;
  • Interest in investing and financial markets.
