Client Services Associate (German and Dutch)

- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify client needs and offer appropriate financial products and services.
- Manage and resolve client complaints and concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Update client account information accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- You are fluent in German, Dutch and English languages;
- You are energetic, organized, eager to learn and able to stay on top of several tasks at the same time;
- You have a curious and problem solving nature.
- Some work experience with a high volume in customer interactions is desired, but not mandatory;
- At least completed MBO education;
- Interest in investing and financial markets.
